Lead Hand is responsible for assisting and supporting Foreman with assigned project duties and requirements. This position will be a point of contact for assigned crew to ensure that all work is done is a safe and effective manner.

The Ideal Candidate for this position will possess the following:

Qualifications and Experience:

• High School education or extensive experience.  
• Minimum five years of experience in construction.
• Valid Class 3 with Q endorsements Alberta Driver’s License with clean Driver’s Abstract.
• Thorough knowledge of the Workers’ Compensation Board Health and Safety regulations.
