The ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge in production of asphalt, aggregates, plant components and experience operating loaders and skid steers. The successful candidates will need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, working with truck drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner. It is also essential to be able to work as a team member – sharing duties such as scaling trucks, unloading AC oil, shoveling, and maintaining a clean facility.



Work environment/Conditions: 

  • fast-paced environment
  • Physically demanding.
  • Occasionally working from heights
  • Working outdoors in various weather conditions; extreme temperatures, rain, wind, dust, ensure preparedness with proper clothing, and PPE.
  • Noisy environment (i.e., heavy machinery)
  • Must comply with the company’s drug and alcohol testing requirements.


The Ideal Candidate for this position will possess the following:

Qualifications and Experience

  • 3 years Loader operating experience (i.e., loading gravel trucks, feeding hoppers and stockpiling).
  • Mechanically inclined.
  • Welding and fabricating experience.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Work safely and follow all laws and regulations as well as company and site-specific policies.
  • Actively seeks increased responsibility and takes initiative.
  • Demonstrates ability to adapt and deal with issues as they arise.
  • Show enthusiasm for work, generates new ideas and engage others.
  • Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance and attendance.
